It doesn’t take long for everyone to get up and dancing at this one.

This tightly knit tribute band has been around for a while, the current members have been together for four years now and their closeness comes across on stage, mirroring the real ABBA’s intimacy.

The Australian ABBA tribute show are no strangers to the Whitsunday crowd, they are regulars at the Airlie Beach Hotel, sometimes performing three times a year, and the crowd here keep drawing them back.

Band Manager Sam Bennett was asked what he would like to say to all the mums ahead of the performance and he said, quite simply, ‘Thank You For The Music’.

He thanks the parents of his generation because he believes his generation’s love for ABBA comes from their parents playing ABBA to them.

Sam says he loves seeing crowds of all ages at the shows, from people that have seen the real ABBA perform live to the younger generations who have heard of ABBA from the film Mamma Mia and from Tik Tok.

The band love seeing the crowd loving ABBA just as much as they do.
