Troy is a one-year-old Husky cross Kelpie looking for a forever family to share his playful, affectionate nature with.
Currently fostered in Bowen, this friendly boy loves people, is great with children and gets along well with other dogs. For him, having a brother or a sister would be a dream, giving him a companion to play with and curl up beside after a busy day of fetch.
Treats are a firm favourite, and Troy will happily show off his sitting ability to earn one. His rope toy is another favourite, so be ready for a good game of tug-of-war. Once he’s worn you out, he’ll be ready to curl up for a nap.
Troy is still learning his lead manners, but he is a quick learner who enjoys pleasing his people. He has been okay around cats, although he will need continued training and supervision.
If you have room for a loving young dog, Troy would just love to smuggle up on your couch.
