There is something eerie about a misty morning, when a seemingly regular landscape can take on a mystical persona.
Gladys Young captured this week’s winning photograph, titled Morning Mist, at a farm near Bowen.
The cloudy blanket of mist settling across the property creates a quiet and peaceful scene, pinpointing that brief moment before the morning sun lifts the haze and the day begins.
