Mackay & Sons House Removals and Demolition is hitting the road for a cause, joining this year's Queensland MACK Muster Charity Convoy to help raise vital funds for two Queensland charities supporting families through some of life's toughest challenges.
Proudly organised by the Woodford Lions Club, the annual convoy brings together truck owners and operators from across the state, with all proceeds split equally between the Jackson Hepner Foundation and Get Yourself Checked.
Established in memory of Jackson Hepner, the Jackson Hepner Foundation provides practical and emotional support to young people battling cancer and their families through care hampers, financial assistance and community support.
Meanwhile, Get Yourself Checked is dedicated to raising awareness of men's health, particularly prostate cancer, encouraging regular health checks and promoting the importance of early detection.
Mackay & Sons is calling on the community to get behind its fundraising efforts, with every dollar donated going directly to the two charities.
"Every donation, big or small, helps these amazing organisations continue their life-changing work," the team said.
