Stall holders, musicians and amusement ride operators are getting excited to participate in the first Proserpine Street Party which is due to take over Main Street at the end of this month.
Everyone in the community is encouraged to come on down for a lively fiesta to celebrate the opening of the newly re-built Proserpine Entertainment Centre and more broadly, the unique lifestyle of our much-loved country town.
The Council-funded event is free for everyone to attend.
Live music will provide the perfect accompaniment as stall holders show their wares and a petting zoo as well as free amusement rides will entertain the kids.
The event takes place on Sunday, March 27 from 2pm to 6pm.
