Axiom College is a Queensland Registered Training Organisation (RTO 40489) that supports people to start, upskill or take a new direction through practical vocational education and training. With campuses and training delivery across Mackay, Hervey Bay, Rockhampton and South EastQueensland, Axiom College works with learners, employers, schools and community organisations to provide nationally recognised training aligned with workforce and industry needs.
At this year's Mackay Careers Expo, the Axiom College team will be available to discuss training opportunities across several priority industries, including Health, Community Services, Early Childhood Education and Care, Individual Support, Conservation and Ecosystem Management, and Horticulture. These industries play an important role in supporting workplaces, services and communities throughout the Mackay region. Axiom College delivers qualifications and training pathways across these areas, from Certificate I through to Diploma level.
Training can help learners build practical, job-ready skills while working towards a nationally recognised qualification. Whether someone is entering the workforce for the first time, returning after time away, or looking to advance an existing career, vocational education can provide a pathway towards new opportunities.
The Careers Expo is an opportunity to speak directly with the Axiom College team about course options, entry requirements and potential training pathways. Visitors can also ask about traineeships, recognition of prior learning and government-subsidised training. Eligibility requirements and course availability apply.
