New for 2026, the Chamber Games is set to become one of the most anticipated events on the annual local business calendar – bringing together businesses, community groups, sporting clubs and individuals for an afternoon of friendly competition.

Held immediately following the Whitsunday Business Conference, the Games are designed to celebrate the people behind our businesses.  

Forget elite sporting ability. This is all about teamwork, participation, and having a go.

Teams of four will rotate through a series of fun, fast-paced challenges. Expect plenty of laughs, a little healthy competition, and the chance to discover who really has the best team spirit.  

Whether you're entering with work mates, friends, clients or fellow Chamber members, the Chamber Games is a unique opportunity to strengthen relationships outside the workplace while meeting new people from across the region.

Better still, you don't need to attend the Business Conference to participate. The Chamber Games is open to everyone, making it a fantastic way for businesses, community organisations and sporting clubs to connect with the wider business community.

There are plenty of prizes up for grabs, including Gold, Silver and Bronze medals, the Best Dressed Team Award, and the coveted Chamber Games Perpetual Trophy, which will be proudly displayed by the winning team until next year's event.
