Time to get the girls and guys together for an easy-going long lunch, perfectly catered by Coral Sea Resort, paired with Bird In Hand wines, and set to the backdrop of the beautiful and effervescent Coral Sea.

With a fantastically beautiful, curated menu by Coral Sea Marina Resort Head Chef Michael Dominici, this six course degustation menu spells poise and sophistication.

Each course has been carefully paired with wine, including the very best of oysters, paired with a sauvignon blanc, king prawns with pinot gris and beautiful osso bucco gnocchi with a rose, plus so much more.

And don’t forget the absolutely delectable tiramisu as the final course to send you on your way.
