The alleged murderer of three family members in a shooting in Bogie last August appeared by video link at Bowen Magistrates Court on Tuesday this week. The Bowen community is morning the loss of a young man who died tragically in a road accident on the Bruce Highway north of Bloomsbury last week. A missing dog has returned home to his family safely after 16 days lost in bushland near a walking track on Brandy Creek Road.
