The Dirty Oar was created from a passion for fishing, family and the great Australian outdoors. What started as a love for spending time on the water has grown into a proudly local business designing high-quality custom fishing apparel for anglers, fishing clubs, businesses and anyone who loves life outdoors.
But behind every shirt is a story that means far more than clothing.
After being diagnosed with skin cancer, I experienced firsthand how important sun protection and skin cancer awareness really are. That journey inspired me to create a business that not only provides comfortable, high-quality apparel but also gives something back to the community.
Today, 3% of every sale from The Dirty Oar is donated directly to skin cancer research, helping support the search for better treatments and, ultimately, a cure.
